Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

A valid phone number must be provided for identity verification purposes. Each phone number may only be linked to one account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and your account secure. cikgu88 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact customer support immediately. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party.
Users must update their account information if any personal details change. cikgu88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and security purposes. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension or closure.
Users are prohibited from using the platform for any illegal activity, uploading offensive content, using automated software or bots, attempting to hack the system, or disrupting the experience of other users. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes or payment systems is a serious offence that may result in legal action.
Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All financial transactions on the cikgu88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made through legitimate payment channels authorised by the platform.
Minimum deposit amounts may vary depending on the selected payment method. All deposits are processed within the timeframe specified for each method. cikgu88 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawal requests are processed to a bank account registered in the user's name only. cikgu88 reserves the right to require additional identity verification before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
Any transaction suspected of being fraudulent or abusive will be investigated, and the account in question may be suspended during the investigation. cikgu88 reserves the right to void any winnings obtained through illegitimate means or in violation of these terms.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
Platform Liability Limits
Cikgu88 shall not be liable for any indirect losses, service disruption losses, or data loss caused by factors beyond the platform's control, including technical issues, internet connectivity failures, or third-party actions. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, and cikgu88 makes no warranties regarding continuous availability or the absence of errors.
In all cases, the maximum total liability of cikgu88 to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the date the claim arises.
Account Suspension & Closure
Cikgu88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or at the request of a law enforcement agency. Users whose accounts have been closed due to a breach of terms are not entitled to reclaim any unused bonuses or promotional credits.
Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the cikgu88 customer support team. Any valid balance will be refunded once all required security checks have been completed.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts for all disputes relating to this platform.
